Courage (or lack thereof) were not sugar-coated. Honestly, I felt a bit unsettled
by your 'aggressive' tone. However, after I'd been stuck in my third unfocused,
go-nowhere meeting that day, I couldn't get your comments out of my head.
Here slapping me in my face was exactly what you'd discussed in your e-zine!
No one was willing to show Leadership Courage or make a hard decision; let
alone be held personally accountable for one.

When I got back to my office, I e-mailed everyone in that meeting and
suggested they subscribe to your e-zine too. As business leaders, my
hope is that we'll take your comments to heart and, at a bare minimum,
not allow another meeting waste our time."
